Handle business development in EV batteries recycling /car dismantling/E&M projects and etc
Follow up the entire business execution such as proposals and quotations, sales follow-up, business negotiations, tendering processes and etc
Understand customer needs and maintain good relationships with customers
Review and enhance sales mechanism timely
Explore and develop new business opportunities and potential customers

Diploma holder or above
Minimum 3 years' experience in business development field
Proactive and with good customer service skills
Familiar with computer applications and Microsoft Office
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Business Development Manager

· 負責電動車動力電池的原材料採購及成品銷售全鏈條管理
· 開拓國內外電池回收商、儲能項目及電動車廠商客戶資源
· 管理工廠日常運營，包括生產排程、品質管控、設備維護及倉儲物流
· 根據金屬行情動態調整採購策略，控制庫存成本
· 協調技術部門完成電池分類及品質判定

· 5年以上鋰電池Pack或回收工廠運營管理經驗，熟悉梯次利用或再生材料市場
· 熟悉ISO質量管理體系及精益生產工具
· 持有電機/工業工程或相關專業背景
· 具備較強的商業談判能力及普通話溝通能力
· 持有化學/材料/供應鏈相關學位優先

* Plan and organize various events, such as ceremony and conferences, involving end-to-end responsibilities from developing proposals to execution

* Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic campaigns and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals

* Curate industry developments and market trends to create informative research reports that supported investor relations and facilitated business partnerships

* Acted as the primary point of contact for external publicity materials, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the production of press releases, website content, roadshow materials etc.

* Plan and manage the company's social media content across Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat and YouTube, aligning posts with campaigns and engagement goals

* Degree holder or above in Communications, Journalism or a related field

* Minimum 1 year experience in event marketing, public relations, promotions, or advertising

* Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)

* Ability to independently and effectively draft press release, business correspondence and presentation materials

* Familiarity with basic photo and video production techniques

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with creativity and an outgoing personality
