Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited ("Envision Greenwise" or the "Group"; Stock Code: 01783.HK) has achieved a significant milestone in its North American expansion with the official launch of its first U.S. Battery Processing demonstration line in Rhode Island. This strategic move marks the Group's formal entry into the North American circular economy sector. The inauguration ceremony gathered distinguished attendees including Mr. Kwok Chun-sing, Chairman of Envision Greenwise; Mr. Norman Ng, Chairman of Fortune Metal Group Inc. ("FMG"); Ms. Kwok Ho-yee, Chief Operating Officer of Envision Greenwise; Mr. Victor Ng, Chief Executive Officer of FMG; Mr. Stephen Ng, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Hong Kong Operations for FMG; and Mr. Derrick Wong, Site Manager of the Rhode Island facility.
During his address, Mr. Kwok Chun Sing emphasized the Rhode Island facility's dual role as both a strategic hub and critical milestone in establishing the Group's comprehensive closed-loop battery recycling industry chain in the U.S. market, encompassing the full spectrum from raw material collection to repurposed applications. This initial facility will serve as the prototype for subsequent recycling centers planned across the United States, enabling the Group to deliver complete circular solutions for automotive manufacturers and energy companies while simultaneously contributing to local green employment initiatives and sustainable transportation development.
Following the formal proceedings, Mr. Kwok Chun-sing and Ms. Kwok Ho-yee conducted an extensive inspection tour of the production line's core operational areas, with particular attention given to the advanced automated sorting system and standardized recycling processes. The delegation expressed strong approval of the local team's accomplishments in establishing operational frameworks and conducting market analysis, recognizing these localized operational practices as valuable references for future site expansions.

The International Energy Agency's (IEA) 2024 data reveals that U.S. electric vehicle sales have exceeded 1.6 million units, indicating substantial growth potential in the battery recycling and reuse sector. In the future, the group will continue to focus on the green energy sector in the United States. Through localized operations and collaboration with local partners, we aim to build a resource regeneration value network that provides global customers with one-stop sustainable solutions.
