Envision Greenwise Group (“Envision Greenwise” or the “Group”; Stock Code: 01783.HK) is pleased to announce that, in recognition of its outstanding practices in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), the Group has been selected for the first time for the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook (China) 2026.

The S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook is widely regarded as one of the most authoritative and influential annual reports in the field of global corporate sustainability. It aims to honor industry leaders who demonstrate excellence in the Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA). The China edition adheres to S&P Global’s unified global assessment framework while incorporating the specific context of the Chinese market, serving as a premier international benchmark for measuring the comprehensive sustainability strength of Chinese enterprises.

Envision Greenwise proactively participated in the 2025 CSA. Driven by highly transparent information disclosure and a robust governance framework, the Group delivered an exceptional performance across all three ESG dimensions. Notably, the Group achieved a score of 91 in "Occupational Health & Safety," reaching the highest industry standard for this category. Furthermore, the Group demonstrated significant advantages over industry averages in several key areas, including "Energy," "Water," "Business Ethics," and "Supply Chain Management."

This inclusion in the Yearbook serves as a powerful testament to the Group’s long-term developmental resilience. Sustainability has long been a core strategy for the Group, deeply integrated into its entire value chain—from smart energy management and EV charging network construction to EV battery recycling:

  • Environmental Protection: The Group actively responds to the Hong Kong Roadmap on Popularisation of Electric Vehicles by vigorously promoting EV charging infrastructure and advanced energy storage systems. Simultaneously, the Group is building a global power battery recycling and reuse network to achieve resource circularity. The Group’s first EV battery processing facility in Hong Kong is scheduled to commence operations this year, providing tangible support for Hong Kong’s electrification transition and carbon reduction goals.
  • Social Responsibility: The Group prioritizes employee development and well-being, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. It is committed to empowering communities and environmental sustainability through green technologies. Furthermore, the Group maintains strict operational compliance and has established a comprehensive sustainable supply chain management system to fulfill green responsibilities alongside its partners.
  • Corporate Governance: The Group has established a sophisticated ESG governance structure and management system, continuously enhancing disclosure transparency. It has obtained multiple international certifications, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, ensuring the effective implementation of its sustainability strategy.

Mr. Zhan Zhihao, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Envision Greenwise, stated:"Sustainability is profoundly reshaping the logic of global business evaluation. The ability to accurately identify risks and opportunities, combined with a transparent governance system, will become the core competitiveness for steady corporate growth. Utilizing the refined assessment provided by the CSA, we will continue to elevate our practical standards, deepen our ESG governance, and drive management upgrades. Through higher-quality development, we aim to create enduring value for all our stakeholders."
