Chun Yang International (HK) Company Limited (“Chun Yang International”), a member of Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited (the “Group”; stock code: 01783.HK), participated in the 21st Eco Expo Asia from 26 to 29 October. As an exhibitor at the Hong Kong Pavilion, Chun Yang International showcased the “Hong Kong’s First EV Battery Processing Plant” project and the Group’s diverse green solutions.
Themed "Connecting the World for a Sustainable Future", this year's Expo brought together more than 340 exhibitors from 15 countries and regions, creating fresh opportunities for exchange across the global environmental industry. Chun Yang International once again joined the fair as a Hong Kong Pavilion exhibitor. Supported by the Environmental Protection Department and coordinated by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, the Hong Kong Pavilion brought together 19 local environmental companies and organisations to showcase Hong Kong's green technologies and solutions. On 27 October, Mr. Tse Chin-wan, Secretary for Environment and Ecology of the Hong Kong SAR Government, toured the Hong Kong Pavilion and met exhibitor representatives to exchange views on the circular economy and the development of environmental businesses.

At the Expo, Chun Yang International put the spotlight on Hong Kong's First EV Battery Processing Plant while presenting the Group's green solutions. The Plant officially commenced operation in June this year at the EcoPark in Tuen Mun. Equipped with an intelligent production line, the Plant turns retired EV batteries into battery black mass, a high-value material rich in lithium, nickel and cobalt, supporting the recycling and reuse of battery resources. The booth attracted strong interest from industry visitors from the Chinese Mainland and overseas, who engaged in lively discussions on retired battery recycling solutions, global recovery networks, and supply-chain partnerships with the Chun Yang International team. The booth also hosted student group visits, with the team explaining how battery recycling works and the value of resource recovery.
Beyond the exhibition floor, Chun Yang International representatives spoke at two green forums held during the Expo, sharing hands-on experience in the circular economy and the industrialisation of green technology. Ms Kwok Ho Yee, Managing Director of Chun Yang International, presented Waste-to-X application cases at the "Driving Business Innovation: Practical Waste-to-X Use Cases" session, while Mr. Jason Yip, General Manager of Chun Yang International, joined the academia-industry roundtable at the "Road to EcoCity 2026 Beijing-Hong Kong Youth Zero-Carbon Innovation and Technology Forum", exploring how green technologies can move from the laboratory to real-world urban applications. The two forums brought together government, academic and industry representatives, deepening industry-academia-research collaboration and helping build a vibrant green industry ecosystem.

The commissioning of Hong Kong's First EV Battery Processing Plant marks a key step forward for battery recycling in Hong Kong, and lays a solid foundation for the Group to expand its global recycling network and deepen regional industrial collaboration. Looking ahead, the Group will continue to strengthen dialogue with industry partners and stakeholders through exchanges of this kind, working together to advance the sustainable development of the circular economy.
