("Zhongtian") and UltimateBox (Hong Kong) Technology Co., Limited ("UltimateBox"). The three parties will collaborate in the areas of battery recycling, energy storage cloud platforms, and global operation and maintenance services to enhance the efficient operation of a global green energy service network, contributing to sustainable development goals.

This collaboration focuses on three core areas: digitalized O&M platform for real-time monitoring, global localized service network for rapid response, and cost- effective end-to-end logistics recycling systems. Envision Greenwise will leverage its certified engineers and battery recycling factories across Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia to assist Zhongtian and UltimateBox in strengthening their global service capabilities. This includes improving service responsiveness and ensuring compliant operations in areas such as equipment repair, spare parts replacement, and battery recycling. Through resource integration, the three parties will work together to promote the resource recovery of retired battery materials, driving the scalable development of the global battery recycling business.
