Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited ("Envision Greenwise," Stock Code: 01783.HK) announced that it has entered into an agreement with Jade Destiny Holdings Limited to proceed with the acquisition of Green Jade Reverse Logistics Limited. This acquisition signifies Envision Greenwise’s continued expansion of its resource recycling industry chain in global markets, particularly Southeast Asia and Europe, further solidifying its strategic goal of building a global power battery recycling system.

According to the announcement, upon completion of the acquisition, Envision Greenwise will fully own Green Jade Reverse Logistics Limited and its subsidiary - Supportive Recycling Pte. Ltd, both of which will become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Envision Greenwise Group.

Headquartered in Singapore, Green Jade Reverse Logistics Limited and its subsidiaries specialize in waste management and handling businesses with a focus on lithium battery handling, and has expanded its business across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, and some European countries. As a subsidiary of the Supportive Recycling Group, Supportive Recycling Pte. Ltd brings nearly two decades of expertise in resource recovery, operating across multiple European markets. The company has strategically established a multinational talent network and a rigorous compliance framework in key regions.

The acquisition will leverage Supportive Recycling Pte. Ltd’s strategic position as the Supportive Recycling Group’s headquarters to accelerate the integration of Envision Greenwise’s regional coordination, organizational management, and technological collaboration. This move aims to enhance the Envision Greenwise’s existing reverse supply chain management and green energy solutions business. 

Additionally, building on Supportive Recycling Pte. Ltd’s established operational expertise, Envision Greenwise will launch its second Asian battery handling hub in Singapore. This facility, strategically located following the Hong Kong's First EV Battery Processing Plant, will serves as a pivotal component of the Envision Greenwise’s regional recycling network, to directly supports the region’s booming new energy vehicle market while accelerating Envision Greenwise’s global business expansion.
