On June 18, Mr. Kwok Chun Sing, MH, Chairman of Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited( “Envision Greenwise”, 01783.HK), and Mr. Zhan Zhihao, the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, attended the 2nd Lithium Battery Conference and EVE's 24th anniversary ceremony. At the event, Mr. Kwok, along with Mr. Liu Jincheng, Chairman of EVE Energy Co., Ltd. ("EVE Energy"), Mr. Chen Xuehua, Chairman of Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co., Ltd. ("Huayou Cobalt "), and Mr. Xu Kaihua, Chairman of GEM Co., Ltd. ("GEM "), joined representatives from leading global energy companies, jointly launch the "Global Lithium Battery Recycling Network Platform", marking a new milestone in the globalization of the green energy industry.
The 2nd Lithium Battery Conference is hosted by EVE Energy. EVE focuses on R&D, production, and sales of consumer batteries, power batteries and energy storage batteries, with its energy storage and cylindrical battery shipments ranking among the world's top tier.
As an innovator in China's lithium battery industry, EVE Energy launched its "Global Lithium Battery Recycling Network" initiative. This program aims to build a four-continent recycling network through global deployment, digital traceability and open collaboration to effectively recycle and reuse retired battery materials.
The joint launch of the “Global Lithium Battery Recycling Platform” is one of the significant milestones following the Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) signed between Envision Greenwise and EVE Energy in March 2025. Having dedicated years to building a global battery circular ecosystem, Envision Greenwise provides "one-stop green energy solutions" through its 28-country recycling network and localized operations, demonstrating robust international resource integration capabilities and technical expertise.
Based on strategic alignment in global battery circular economy, Envision Greenwise and EVE Energy have signed a MOU. According to the MOU, both parties will collaborate in areas such as co-developing and sharing recycling networks and resource pools, implementing digital traceability for secondary materials, and technical cooperation on recycling and electrification projects in Hong Kong. This cooperation will advance the development of a regional circular economy and support the sustainable growth of the global battery recycling industry.
The new platform will deeply integrate both parties' strengths to establish full lifecycle traceability management while accelerating the development of global lithium battery recycling hubs, comprehensively enhancing both parties' competitiveness and industry influence in the international market. Moving forward, Envision Greenwise will continue collaborating with outstanding partners, continuously strengthening its global presence and technological innovation to contribute toward global carbon neutrality goals.
