On July 1, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government published the 2025 Honours List and Justices of the Peace (JPs) appointments. Among those honored, Mr. Kwok Chun Sing, M.H., J.P. , Chairman of Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited (“Group,” stock code: 01783.HK), has been appointed to be Justices of the Peace by the Chief Executive, in recognition of his significant contributions to innovation in the environmental technology industry, youth development, and social welfare.

The Chief Executive stated: “The award recipients come from different walks of life with diverse backgrounds, benefitting various domains and sectors of the community”. He extended his congratulations to all award recipients and expressed gratitude for their significant contributions, hoping that they will continue to excel in their own fields and serve the community.

Mr. Kwok has been deeply engaged in the environmental technology and new energy industries for nearly thirty years, accumulating rich industry experience in the field of renewable resources and holding wide influence. As Chairman of the Board, he has led the Group to achieve rapid progress in battery recycling and green energy infrastructure. Additionally, as the founding and current president of The Hong Kong Recycling Chamber of Commerce (HKRCOC) (“the Chamber”), he actively connects the industry, government, and society to promote the healthy development of Hong Kong's recycling industry. Furthermore, Mr. Kwok is committed to promoting youth development and social welfare, leading the Chamber and the group to conduct various youth learning and exchange activities, including environmental technology forums and green technology competitions, encouraging the younger generation to engage in environmental innovation and cultivate future green industry talents for Hong Kong.

This appointment not only affirms Mr. Kwok 's outstanding contributions to environmental causes and social services but also reflects the broad recognition of his professional leadership and philanthropic spirit from all sectors of society.
