On 29 November 2023, Envision Greenwise New Energy International Limited ("Envision Greenwise New Energy") signed an Agency Cooperation Agreement with Zhuhai Ruizhu Construction Technology Company Limited ("Zhuhai Ruizhu"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Midea Real Estate Holding Limited. Based on product sales and distribution, both parties will develop in-depth cooperation in the field of new building industrialization to jointly promote the popularization and development of green building worldwide.

Under the framework of the agreement, Envision Greenwise New Energy will cooperate with Zhuhai Ruizhu on Modular Integrated Construction (MiC), green interior module products and related solutions. Envision Greenwise New Energy intends to provide Zhuhai Ruizhu with agency services, including the promotion and sale of products in Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, the United States, Australia, Japan and other countries and regions.

In this cooperation, Envision Greenwise New Energy make use of its resources and channel advantages in the agency territories to promote and distribute Zhuhai Ruizhu's products, which will not only enhance its product portfolio and penetrate the growing market, driving increased revenue growth, but also contribute to advancing the sustainable development of green buildings, improving construction safety, and reducing carbon emissions. This cooperation demonstrates that Envision Greenwise Group integrates ESG concepts throughout the entire production, operation, and sales process, demonstrating its commitment to corporate responsibility and sustainable development in society.
